Abstract. The modern anthropological situation is connected with the development of anthropo-technologies that contribute to the transformation of a person into an artifact and consideration of it as an object, which leads to the disappearance of a person from the philosophical horizon.
Research related to biotechnologies and bioethics, trying to bring a philosophical basis for practical research, is based on the works of M. Foucault and M. Heidegger, in whose works man does not have its own essence and content, being obscured and conditioned in the first – by power structures, in the second – by being. In this tradition, man is philosophically possible only as an epiphenomenon, and this is why not only does not deserve separate consideration, but also can not be empty.
Practical research in the field of modern biotechnologies and problems of modern bioethics also lead to the problem of the disappearance of the philosophical content of man. The shakiness of the Foundation of the "human limit" and "human minimum", detectable in the works related to the problems of ECO-design of physicality and conscious care, supported by deliberative as the primary method of bioethics, with the result that the person becomes "contractual concept", and in theoretical work on bioethics starts to go it's not about the human, and Posthuman identity.
Keywords : anthropotechnologies, bioethics, human construction, "human minimum", «human contract».
