Abstract. The paper presents a case study sample, the script of which the authors are practicing within the master"s program «Conflict-management». The authors are trying to answer questions about the authenticity of the educational interests and the possibility of building an educational interaction as a conflict, organized for its productive resolution. We discuss a tripartite educational contract as a condition of genuine educational practice.
