Abstract . In the article is analyzed the tutoring as modern anthropopractice, in which the principle of individualization of education is realized. To increase the depth of understanding of the principle of individualization in its contrast to the individual approach needs to appeal to the category of Time. Theming the concept of Time in the conceptual field of education opens up promising areas of researches and new educational practices. Within the concept of tutoring it allows to distinguish and classify the relevant principles and technology tutor"s activities. Educational history "now - past" in this context is regarded as revealed in a reflexive experience as already occured individual educational trajectory. In turn, as the individual educational program becomes the vision and determination of the own educational future versions ("now - future") associated with the knowledge and exercise of human goals, intentions and plans. In this context the tutor"s formats activities as "educational co-create-events" (and especially "educational foresight co-create-events") and "personal-resource mapping" plays the backbone role in anthropopractice of individualization.
